The youth organization Seiklejate Vennaskond MTÜ wants to recruit new volunteer coordinators for its volunteer team - could you be one of them? Do you have a good idea that you would like to put into practice? Do you feel like you would like to gain new experiences, make new friends and do something for society? Participate in international projects? Learn to lead others and be a role model? If so, we have an offer just for you!
We involve volunteers on an ongoing basis. Contact us: [email protected].
Our goal is to involve new volunteer coordinators in the activities of Seiklejate Vennaskond, who would either initiate new initiatives aimed at young people in their hometowns, organize information days about the possibilities of volunteer work or contribute to the development of civil society. Volunteers would also act as a network that transmits information aimed at young people (and sometimes seniors) in their community and on social media. Volunteer coordinators are given a three-day training to prepare them, set specific goals and prepare a plan to involve young people. Experts and lecturers will also be present. After the training, the volunteers will carry out various initiatives and events in their homes, where we plan to involve more than 300 people. An analysis meeting is held to analyze the activities, during which the activities that have taken place are analyzed, volunteers are recognized and plans are made for new initiatives. All activities are supported by the project manager and a support team of volunteers.
Our goal is to involve volunteer coordinators who would help coordinate events aimed at young people and involve them in various activities such as:
