The 3rd transnational meeting of the "Take Action - Together Against Discrimination" project was a productive and engaging event, held on the 18th and 19th of February in the beautiful city of Tallinn. The day started early as the entire team, along with representatives from Portugal, Spain, Lithuania, Croatia, Romania, and Estonia, gathered in a conference room to kick-off the proceedings.
The team began the day with a round of introductions, helping to break the ice and foster a sense of friendship among the participants. The session then moved on to a comprehensive review of the material covered in previous meetings, taking stock of the progress made so far, and identifying the tasks still remaining to be completed. Following a delicious lunch, the team dove into another activity focused on finalizing the writing of session plans. Members exchanged their ideas and thoughts, and together, they decided on the best ways to improve upon their plans. Overall, the first day was a great success, providing an opportunity for the team to come together and collaborate towards archiving their goals. The productive discussions and engaging activities ensured that everyone left the meeting feeling motivated and energized to continue their important work. The second day of the project began with the team working to complete their tasks and having a virtual meeting with online partners who could not be physically present due to circumstances. Partners showed their support on the earthquake that hit Türkiye. The morning session then proceeded with the team writing brief summaries about their particular assignments, signing necessary documents, and developing a dissemination plan. We also discussed the overall project outcomes and gathered good examples how project has developed new ideas on partner organizations everyday work. Day ended with introducing foreigners typical Estonian food in a modern twist as black bread burger and vastlakukkel with marzipan filling. Project ended with a festive vibe.
