Jobshadowing on Canary Islands

As participant of the project "Take Action - Together Against Discrimination” project jobshadower I had really good experience on Tenerife and Gran Canaria in Spanish organization Mojo de Cana. My jobshadowing experience lasted 16 days, from 4th to 19th October 2022. 

Together with Ada Ramos we planned and organized workshops on training course in Estonia in February 2022 which we implemented during my jobshadowing. On the first half of jobshadowing experience on Tenerife island we held three workshops for students of La Laguna highschool, and on the second part on Gran Canaria I had opportunity to work with children with special needs and young migrants where we held multiple workshops. 

Through these activities I had improved my competences and had the opportunity to try methods and sessions which we created on training courses. Also it was an amazing opportunity to see how it is done and how it works in Spain and on the Canary islands. Through this experience we also raised the capacity of our organisation and broadened our network. Some activities were also inspiration for our future projects which will be implemented in April and June 2023 in Croatia. We hope to continue good cooperation with all the partners in following years.
