Koolitus "Out for changE+" Rumeenias

9-16.10.2021 were days full of non-formal activities for youth workers in the Out for change project in Costinesti, Romania.

Project objectives:
1. During the project, 34 youth workers developed their knowledge of inclusion and inclusive non-formal methods, which they can apply in their work with young people and develop themselves and the skills of their young beneficiaries.
2. To develop training skills and expertise in working with young people through inclusive non-formal education methods and experiential methods
3. Development-awareness of participants that the integration of inclusive education methods and activities can create social change
Youth workers from Romania, Turkey, Italy, Estonia, Poland, Croatia, Bulgaria and Latvia
worked using nonformal education methods The participants also had an opportunity to learn about the cultures of the countries which were involved in the project and how to work with youth with few opportunities.
