“Erasmus+ For All” was a training course that took place in Svarstad, Norway, 25.10-3.11.2021. We had 20 participants from five countries: Estonia, Croatia, Poland, Czech Republic and Turkey. The training course focused on youth cooperation, team building, communication and learning how to organise our own activities for youth exchange and training courses. Our project really put emphasis on how important teamwork is. Thanks to this, all the participants bonded very well with each other. Especially during the second half of the project, it was seen, how everyone was engaged in the activities and tried to do their best. For example, everyone participated in TEDx talk activity by sharing their own story or knowledge on certain topics. During the project we made brochures for the project and had to come up with our own original energizer and an activity related to European citizenship. We practiced implementing them with other participants. The teams of mixed nations organised a debate, simulated the European Parliament work and had a discussion about stereotypes. This made us all realize how difficult it is not only to organise activities but to make people feel comfortable and encourage them to cooperate with each other. The most challenging but also the most interesting activity was the making of short movies. There were three topics: Erasmus+, inclusion and EU citizenship. This was the highlight of the whole project and showcased beautifully how the cooperation between the teams evolved to the next level compared to the beginning of the project. Every team did an amazing job and so four excellent short-movies were born and presented at the Oscars-award night. We also had time to discover the nearby nature: mountains, lakes and rivers. We also had a sauna-night and a lot of dancing and delicious food during cultural nights. This project definitely inspired us all to take part in more Erasmus+ projects and one day, be part of organizing our own. This training course has been funded with the support of the Erasmus+ program of the European Commission.
